Rainbow International of Central Oregon is a full-service disaster restoration company looking for an experienced restoration carpenter.
Our IICRC-certified technicians respond quickly to remediate structural damage from fire, smoke, mold, and water. We also perform any reconstruction needed to get our customers back to pre-loss condition as soon as possible, for start-to-finish restoration.

Compensation:
- Hourly wage is based on experience
- Qualifying quarterly bonus program
Responsibilities:
-Perform basic interior and exterior repair, remodel or new construction carpentry work as assigned including demolition and clean-up
-Always maintain a safe and clean job site
-Manage your own project, with appropriate schedules and time-frames
-Must be a self-starter who overcomes obstacles and resolves issues or problems
-Follow any plans or blueprints provided for the project
-Pick-up supplies and materials before each work day
-Communication with clients throughout the project, documenting meaningful decisions
-Demonstrate good judgement, high ethical standards, and reliability
-Organize and maintain a company vehicle and shop space
-Input job notes and client conversations into company system
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years remodeling carpentry experience
-Must have your own tools
-Must be able to work 40-hour weeks, full time (7:30a-4p)
-Must be able to lift 75-80 lbs. without assistance
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Must be able to pass a background check
