This is a bags on foreman position. Must have extensive hands on experience with the execution of high end residential remodels and new construction. Must be detail oriented. We use BuilderTrend as our on line business platform so computer tech skills are a must.
We offer a health insurance package.
Carpentry duties include everything associated with a Journeyman level carpenter.
Supervisory duties-
1. track budgets -vs- estimated time (employee hour pools specifically)
2. ability to interface with clients and maintain a climate of confidence
3. direct, educate, and manage employees.
4. work with subcontractors and scheduling
5. work with management staff effectively
