Supervises and coordinates activities of construction and workers by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
1. Supervises, coordinates, or schedules the activities of construction and workers. Maintains construction schedule, identifies, and solves any scheduling conflicts.
2. Understands the project plans and specifications.
3. Inspects work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensure that specifications are met.
4. Locates, measures, and marks site locations or placement of structures or equipment using measuring and marking equipment.
5. Coordinates work activities with other construction project activities.
6. Confers with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
7. Trains workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.
8. Understands that all duties/responsibilities are subject to change at any time.
9. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD/Turbo Cad, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
Education/Experience:
Three to five years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license
