Looking for a cut man for our residential framing crew. This job position would primarily be cutting wall packages from a saw horse using a skillsaw. Using a nail gun to nail together trimmers and a bigfoot saw cutting headers. Not necessarily needing to carry the wood to the wall but that would be nice. Some understating of window and door layout will be required. While setting roof the position requires cutting fascia, blocks and plywood sheets. More than likely would not be on the roof other than rolling trusses.
Not a real talkative crew. Mostly 40 hour work weeks.
This is not a beginning position. It could lead to a lead position over time hopefully.
Pay is $20.00 per hour to start. If you can not produce 20 an hour that will be evident very quickly and it will not work out. If you are producing over 20 an hour I desperately need you and will pay more very quickly.
2 work references will be required.
