NW Industrial Staffing has partnered with a local and growing company who continues to raise the bar for product design, development, and manufacturing. We are thrilled to offer an opportunity in their Freeform department helping build fiberglass structures and mold fixtures. Looking for the right person to grow with them who has experience and wants to work hard! Benefits include: Four ten-hour days with some overtime, excellent benefit package, great pay and room for growth for those who prove themselves.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in production with their Freeform team building fiberglass structures; setting up, and operating various equipment; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Job Qualifications:
⢠Professional hands-on fiberglass and mold making experience preferred
⢠Build fiberglass parts as assigned to meet customer specifications, production schedules, and project managerâs requests
⢠Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information i.e. blueprints, flat pattern, fabrication drawings, etc
⢠Ability to paint product with realistic features using various painting techniques
⢠Chop gun operator skills
⢠Proper use of tooling gel-coat and pot gun
⢠Bagging and vacuum molding a plus
⢠Forklift experience a plus
⢠Attention to detail very important
⢠Organizational skills
⢠Excellent communication skills
⢠Desire to learn new techniques and challenges
Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM, 40+ hours per week
