We are currently looking for a helper to join our granite installation team.
As a helper to the installation team, you'll work amongst a very talented group of installers, gaining knowledge and experience within the countertop installation industry. As custom fabricators and installers of granite, quartz, quartzite, and marble, we are committed to maintaining and producing the highest quality craftsmanship.
The average work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or until installations are completed for the day. We aim for 40- hour work weeks, but overtime is sometimes required. Weekend work is available on occasion.
This job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, lifting material or equipment.
Skill Requirements & Qualifications:
No experience required.
Valid Driver's License, preferred.
Personable and motivated, with an excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Detail-oriented and conscientious.
Keep an organized truck workspace.
Dedication to meeting the expectations of our clients.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Assist install crew and be able to lift heavy material i.e. natural and/or manmade stone into residential, multi-family, and commercial job sites.
Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies from the shop to the job area.
Inspect every job at the shop to ensure that it meets and exceeds our highest quality standards prior to loading and installation.
Read and interpret architectural blueprints.
