We offer a flexible FTE position for someone with non-profit experience, proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong understanding of accounting. You will take over the bookkeeping, AP, AR, payroll, benefits and accounting for two 501(c)3 organizations, the Oregon FFA Foundation and the Oregon FFA Association. These functions have been performed by a volunteer and a staff person with other responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can take over for these two people, move us from a server based to a cloud based version of Quickbooks, and use their experience to simplify, streamline, and apply best practices to help grow financial support for the Oregon FFA. We want the best fit for this position so have an open FTE requirement. We don't know how much time this role will take but expect it to be about .6 FTE. If you need full time work, we have other duties that could fill the hours. This person will do it all, from scanning checks to being the point person working with our audit firm for the annual review and tax preparation.
