As a Payment System Service Representative III (QA) in our Corvallis Operations Center, you'll be the watchdog that reconciles the Payment Systems general ledgers, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. You'll perform quality assurance audits on all aspects of Payment Systems work, recommend changes to processes and write procedures. You'll assist coworkers with Payment Systems software setup and password resets and back up the Payment Systems Representative III (Fraud Investigations). It's a position that demands strong analytical and computer skills, confidentiality, and the tenacity and math skill to research out-of-balance or suspicious balances.

What you will need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1-3 years financial industry experience
1 year of accounting experience or course work
Experience with handing fraud or collections, preferred
Attention to detail, accuracy and strong time management skills
Experience with accounting systems, electronic spreadsheets and word processing
Proficient at 10 key calculator (100 spm) and typing (40 wpm)
Excellent communication skills (we encourage you to submit a cover letter with your resume)
