Part-time position available to start immediately (16-20 hrs/week) and full-time work during summer months. The position involves both office work and some work involving apartment projects, maintenance and repair.
This is ideal for OSU, upper division student with a good GPA. The job involves working independently on painting, landscaping and general labor. You MUST have a car or truck, a cell phone, excellent references, be a non-smoker and available to work for the entire summer.
Our full time position starts on Monday, June 17th .
Position requires proficiency with Word, Excel and Google Docs. If you are independent, hard working, honest and want to learn some practical real estate repair/management skills we would love to have you apply for this position. $15.00/hr.
