Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organizations financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Develop, launch and monitor sales operation projects to drive Sales success
Manage the sales onboarding process to improve time to first deal
Participate in cross LOB programs as it relates to improving sales KPI s
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such OSPA (training), HR, Communications and Sales
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with BOM s and Sales leadership
Coordinate and assist with events; both on and off-site
Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
Revise, edit, and proo content as needed or directed by CoS
Write clear and persuasive copy for websites, brochures, social media postings, slides and Executive scripts
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Sales operations experience such as onboarding programs, training, improving rep productivity
Excellent customer-facing and internal communication and relationship building skills
Excellent written (including use of proper grammar & spelling) and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Bachelor s degree
5 plus years relevant work experience.
