RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately hiring an experienced Senior Installation Project Manager with tool installation experience in Corvallis, Oregon (OR). Project Manager must come from an engineering background.
Responsibilities of the Installation Project Manager:
Installation Project Manager will manage multiple production or R&D tool installs/projects simultaneously
Manage subcontractors for small projects or general contractors for larger projects
Installation Project Manager will work with business unit leaders/resources for determining scope, schedule, and resources for projects and desired outcomes
Create project scoping documents using company documents and processes
Work with space planning, infrastructure engineering, and system designers to understand impacts to facility systems and project feasibility
As an Installation Project Manager, you will work closely with external engineering resources for design review through IFR (Issue for Review) to IFC (Issue for Construction) phases of the project
Work closely with trades to obtain quotes for project feasibility requirements, understanding potential schedule impacts
Utilize company tracking mechanisms for upcoming projects and ongoing projects
Utilize company invoicing systems
Installation Project Manager will utilize Microsoft Project Software or other project management software as needed for tracking and communicating progress on projects
Keep clear records of project costs and communicate with business and infrastructure management to ensure scope, schedule, and resources stay on track
Close out projects appropriately, ensuring all aspects of project scope are completed
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management
PMP Certification
5+ years of experience of equipment/tool install project management
