Greek Apron is seeking qualified individuals for the following position for one of our clients.
The full time position is Monday - Friday from 9:00 -5:30.
You will be cooking and serving lunch Monday through Friday between the hours of 11:00 1:00, and dinner at 5:00. Menus will be provided and created with the students input using fresh, local products. We are a clean, sanitary operation, so attention to detail is highly important. This position requires previous high volume catering experience, as well as menu planning and ordering. Qualification:
-CULINARY EXPERIENCE or EDUCATION A MUST or equivalent
-Culinary skills and understanding of recipes
-Assistance in proper food service and production
-Catering Experience
-Excellent time management
-Stocking and proper storage of foods and kitchen supplies
-Able to lift 40 lbs
-Self motivated
-Able to assist in maintaining a clean kitchen according to health code standards and must be ready at all times to pass a Health Dept. inspection
-Able to work positively and cooperatively with head chef and kitchen manager
-Attention to details in presenting all food in an appealing and fresh manner
-Professional appearance, appropriate attire, professional language at all times
-Current Oregon food handlers card
