We are seeking full and part time (10-40 hrs a week) kitchen staff. We are looking for individuals who can help with dishwashing, food preparation and cooks with experience working a line.
Reliability, self-motivation, initiative and willingness to work as part of a team are critical skills as we are a small establishment and rely on a tight-knit working crew. Ability to multi-task, prioritize goals and work quickly are important. Individuals with experience cooking in a professional kitchen and/or preparing food under a timeline (eg., catering) will be preferred. Preference will also be given to individuals with greater scheduling flexibility (e.g, are able to work weekdays/night and weekends).
Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid Oregon Food handlers card.
