Looking for pizza line cooks at Dirt Road Brewing. It is a fast paced job that keeps you on your feet as time flies by. Most items are made from scratch and you can take pride in the food you create.
Most shifts begin at 4-5pm and the kitchen closes at 8:30pm. Even on a busy night our cooks are off by 10:00. We need somebody able to work 20-30 hours a week. Extra hours may be available, if desired. Tips average about $5/hour, added to your wage.
The job entails:
Building and cooking pizzas, making salads and appetizers, minor prep, washing dishes, maintaining a clean work station, and closing the kitchen at the end of the night. Being able to spend the shift on your feet and lift at least 35 lbs is a must.
No experience necessary but previous cooking experience is a plus.
