The Best Western Plus Prairie Inn is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent/Supervisor with experience of 2 years in Hotels. Applicant must be a hard-working, reliable, positive team player. Must be able to greet our guests with a smile and have great communication/listening skills. Knowledge with a multi-line phone system and multiple computer systems. Able to complete job duties as assigned while completing normal job duties. Applicant needs to be able to handle the resolution of guest compliments/needs/conflict/complaints in a timely manner and maintain a professional atmosphere for all. Must be able to be assertive when necessary and understand the security and safety for ourselves and our guests. Applicant needs to be willing to cross-train for multiple positions and properties.
