After over 13 years of working at our office, our current dental hygienist has retired! We are looking for a highly skilled, fun and energetic person to take care of our hygiene patients. Our team truly values our hygienist's contribution to the practice.
Job Description.
We offer a flexible work day schedule.
Full schedule is typically seeing 8 patients per day
Perio to pediatric patients seen
You will have a dedicated hygiene room you can organize as you like!
About Our Practice. We are a family-oriented father-son dental practice. Dr. Keith Frome (the father) has owned this practice since 1994. Dr. Robert Frome (the son) joined the practice in 2013. Our practice philosophy is to treat our patients like we would our own family members, giving them the time and attention they need to receive good dental care. Our staff of 6 is highly trained and enjoy working together!
Our highly skilled doctors and staff do a wide range of dental treatments including molar root canals, wisdom teeth extractions/complex extractions, CBCT imaging, dental implants, dentures, crown/bridge, cosmetics, etc. so we often do not have to refer patients to specialists for treatment.
What we are looking for. We are looking for someone who is positive, a team player and enjoys coming to work everyday! Must hold a current license in Oregon, CPR and radiology certified. Nitrous Oxide permit is a plus!

What we offer. In our office, we strive to allow our staff the ability to practice the way they like to. Let us know what equipment and technology you like to use, and we will try to make it available. Our hygienist has a dedicated hygiene room that you can arrange how you like to. Over the next 4 months, our office will be installing new computers and our hygiene room will be receiving a brand new Adec chair.
We follow all ADA and CDC guidelines and protocols.
When it comes to benefits, we will discuss our full offerings during the interview process as they will be based on your experience and skill level. However, we offer excellent pay and a healthy benefits package that includes health insurance stipend, dental coverage, retirement and vacation pay.
