Our family practice is looking to hire one or more full time or part time dental assistants. With school beginning again in the fall, we are looking to expand our hours while, at the same time, several of our current staff members are looking to change or decrease their work hours to accommodate at home learning with their children.
Our hope is to bring on one or more dental assistants to help carry on our basic tasks, and lighten the load for other staff members. Our hope is that our new employees are looking for long term employment.
As many of our staff members are parents of school-aged children, we understand the difficult decisions parents are trying to make during these unprecedented times. With each applicant, we will discuss desired work days and try to accommodate our needs with the needs of potential employees. We currently work Mon-Friday (7:45am-6pm), but may also begin working on Saturdays. Each fulltime employee works 4 days per week. Part-time employees work 2-3 days per week.

What we are looking for: We are searching for someone with a positive attitude, is compassionate and honest. Having an Oregon EFDA and x-ray certificates will increase your starting compensation, but are not required. On the job training will be available.
What we offer: Hourly wage will range from $17-24/hour depending on credentials and experience. We will discuss our compensation and benefit package during the interview process. Fulltime employees are eligible for a benefits package that includes a health insurance stipend, retirement planning, and vacation pay.
