Position Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Management of a children's residential home, training, supervision and scheduling of Certified Support Providers (CSPs). Ensuring adherence to Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA guidelines, coordination of client services, maintaining client records and quality assurance supervision. Regularly meeting/mentoring of Certified Support Providers as needed, staff placement, clerical, communication, organization assistance, new-hire documentation, orientation, scheduling staff for on-going training by maintaining certification on Therap and training rosters; overseeing client financials and core comps. Ensuring timely/organized development of future programs.
This is a full time Exempt position. Shifts/hours may vary, minimum scheduled hours/days are Mondays-Fridays 8:30a-5p. On call duties for assigned program. Temporary alternative schedule options available upon request.

Minimum Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent, plus two years of experience and training related to developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs, or¦
Two year college degree, plus one year of experience and training related to mental health needs and/or developmental disabilities, or¦
Four year college degree in human services field.
Medical experience preferred
Satisfactory criminal history check, meeting the Oregon Administrative Rules and company policy requirements.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record, meeting company insurance requirements.
Must be able to frequently drive a personal and/or company vehicle locally and/or regionally.
Must be able to work frequently while standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, stretching, twisting, crouching, kneeling, lifting. Continuous use of hands/fingers and able to transfer up to 50 lbs.
