Position Summary

The Program Support Manager reports to the Program Support Director to ensure proper planning, infrastructure and evaluation of all programs performance in support of excellent client services. The Program Support Manager assists in the documentation, record-keeping, and workflows of client services, and ensures quality assurance and adherence to all Oregon Administrative Rules, OSHA guidelines, and other applicable regulations. The Program Support Manager assists the Program Support Director In developing required documentation, procedures, and progress monitoring of various client and program records. The Program Support Manager works cooperatively with the team to assist Program Managers and other personnel by coordinating training and technical assistance activities to management, especially in respect to adherence to licensing standards.


This is a full time non-exempt position. Shifts/hours may vary, minimum scheduled hours/days are Mondays-Fridays 8:30a-5p. Temporary alternative schedule options available upon request.


Associates degree in human services field or at least one year of equivalent training and work experience related to developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or quality assurance.

Program/Administrative Management experience preferred.

Must be able to obtain approval for employment from Oregon DHS based on the States criminal history background check process.

Valid drivers license and maintenance of a good driving record meeting company insurance requirements.

Must be able to frequently drive personal and/or company vehicle throughout the state.

Continuous use of hands/fingers and able to transfer up to 50 lbs.

Salary and Benefits

$17.30/hr.- $20.19/hr.
