We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized professional to provide medical supports for clients in Renew Consulting's Residential Programs in various counties - Linn, Lane, Benton, Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Lincoln, Clackamas and Washington. If you're passionate about serving people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, and you meet the minimum qualifications (below), we would like to hear from you!
Contract Registered Nurse
The Registered Contract Nurse will provide medical supports for clients in various counties throughout northwest Oregon. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing initial, annual, and on-going Nursing Assessments; Developing, implementing, reviewing and continuation of Nursing Care Plans and protocols; Training support staff on medical supports and employee delegation where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited university. Current license to practice in Oregon as a Registered Nurse. At least one year experience in community nursing is preferred but not required. Satisfactory criminal history check, meeting the Oregon Administrative Rules and company policy requirements.
Hours/Shifts
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule.
Rate-$50.00-$65.00 per hour
