We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team at an apartment complex in Lebanon, OR. This role is responsible for completing high-quality interior and exterior painting projects throughout the property, ensuring units are turned quickly and professionally.
Pay: $25/hr
Location: Lebanon, OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by washing, patching, sanding, caulking, and priming
Perform interior and exterior painting of units, hallways, common areas, and building surfaces
Ensure clean, crisp, and consistent finishes on all projects
Complete unit turns efficiently to meet community timelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Safely operate painting tools, ladders, and equipment
Communicate with maintenance and management staff regarding work orders and timelines
Follow all safety procedures and property guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience as a professional painter (residential, commercial, or apartment communities)
Ability to prep and paint with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on ladders as needed
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday (weekends as needed during high-turnover periods)
