We have an excellent opportunity for a Concrete Finisher Foreman in Harrisburg, Oregon!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Establish a safe, clean and productive work environment with a focus on housekeeping and zero injuries.
- Implement process improvements within the finishing department to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and educate a team of finishers and coordinate day to day activities as directed by supervisor.
- Meet project budgets and coordinate work with loading crew to meet shipping schedules.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of all aspects of finishing concrete including: etching, sand blasting, and patching with gray or colored concrete.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deal with changing workloads.
- Must have good leadership skills and may supervise multiple crews.
- Good communication skills are required, must work well with others even in stressful situations.
- Must be able to read and understand prints and shop drawings.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen.
