The Maples has spacious 1, 2, & 3 bdrm homes. We are hiring a managerial person or team who will oversee the 40 apartments for 40 hours per week, which can be shared between two people or filled by one person who meets all listed criteria. We offer a generous compensation package that includes $1275 full rent credit for a 3- bedroom apartment home, along with $2150. salary and $50 in monthly reimbursements for gas and cell phone. The rental office is separate from the manager’s apartment. Managers apartment includes washer/dryer hookups
The required duties include (but are not limited to) receiving and depositing rent, enforcing apartment and management policies, maintaining the grounds, responding to maintenance requests, overseeing vendors and being available to respond to emergencies.
The following skills are essential to succeed in the position:
Experience in retail/sales, helpful.
Online marketing experience helpful.
Enjoy working with people.
Available to work weekends & holidays.
Knowledge of and ability to adhere to Fair Housing.
Multi-family or home maintenance experience. REQUIRED
Be willing and able to oversee vendors and paint/clean/repair apartments at turnover, if necessary.
Must be able to push/pull 70 lbs.
Maintain exceptional curb appeal by picking up the grounds twice daily.
Take care of the pool year round, testing regularly during open season.
Experience in apartment management is preferred.
Education minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have strong mathematical skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
