Northwest Mechanical is looking to fill a long-term FULL-TIME HVAC installation helper position.
Position Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Have a valid driver license and clean driving record.
Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime hours if needed.
Positive team player attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to follow all safety and company procedures.
This position requires physical activity, including but not limited to being able to lift and carry 60+ lbs and extended periods of; walking, standing, kneeling, and crouching.
Mechanical aptitude is favorable
Responsibilities:
Assist with assembly and installation of ductwork/equipment in commercial applications
Assist with the installation and start up of AC, Heating systems, ect.
Some shop fabrication may be required
Willingness to attend education and training programs paid for by the company to be able to evolve and grow with the HVAC industry.
