PRIMARY PURPOSE: The electrical installation and maintenance for all electrical aspects of the mobile and modular buildings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
⢠Electrical Installations per Oregon, Washington & California
⢠Performs Lease Fleet remodels and hot tests of buildings
⢠Performs service calls as needed
⢠Able to read blueprints and provide electrical spec sheets per project as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
This job requires an Oregon License for Electrical Journeyman and preferably a Washington Electrical license. This job typically requires 6 months of experience in manufacturing and industrial commercial construction. Knowledge of power tools with basic and advanced skills in all phases of construction is required.
