Neighbor's Lawn Care LLC is searching for a team member to be the lead on our construction and project side. We serve both residential and commercial customers with landscape maintenance and construction services.
We are looking for hard working individuals to perform specialized landscape construction tasks and landscape projects. Must work alone and with others, have excellent communication skills and present themselves in a professional manner at all times. Possess strong customer service and task flexibility. The candidate for this position must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Must also be able to read, write, and speak English. We are a drug/alcohol free workplace. References are required at time of interview.
Landscape Construction Lead Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Completed accurate Estimates
Understand and implement job specifications for each site
Calculate and install irrigation systems, including clocks and valves.
Prepare base and install pavers properly
Install wooden fence, dig postholes
Remove and install new lawns
Install decorative bark and stone.
Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately
Report equipment in need of repair
Perform safe loading and unloading of equipment
Ensure adherence to company policies
Develop and maintain positive work relationships
Promote and maintain safe working conditions
Other duties as requested
Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment and tools
