Excellent oral, written communication and online research skills are essential to the success of this position. In addition to technical skills, the Marketing Manager must be a caring, logical person and must have strong account management skills, the ability to organize a team, oversee projects and meet deadlines. This position requires a working knowledge of inbound/outbound marketing methodology, content marketing, search engine optimization and social media advertising. Programming experience is not required, but computer skills including the ability to use business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must. The Marketing Manager must be able to develop content that aligns with overall marketing goals and strategy. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate the ability to craft compelling content and must have an aptitude for proper writing technique, including spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Core duties:
Develop content for our website and social media.
Create and distribute entertaining, educational or emotionally-satisfying content designed to attract and engage an audience.
Oversee development and execution of the digital marketing and digital education programs, including the company website, related online properties, blog, webinar program, email messages and social media
Develop Marketing strategy
Promotes the product through various media channels.
Measures and drives increasing brand awareness.
Develops and contributes ideas to help communicate our new products in a compelling way to key audiences.
Develop tactical marketing programs in support of sales and promotional priorities within budget boundaries
Market Research
Collects, analyzes and interprets information about target markets, future markets, consumers, competitors and the industry.
Conducts surveys, focus groups and interviews to gain feedback about our application to identify shortcomings of our service.
Provide research, direction and support for the new product development process, and oversee development and execution of marketing materials for new products
Brand Positioning and Community Management
Manage public relations activities to generate Nova Dynamics news and pursue industry speaking and award opportunities
Salary: $50,000-$70,000, based off experience

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field is required.
5+ years experience in marketing communications management with an agency or in a corporate environment or related experiences in marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing implementation, and event execution.
3+ years of experience in personnel and organizational management
2+ years of additional experience in lieu of degree
