PRIMARY PURPOSE: Develop strategies and tactics for identifying, pursuing and closing opportunities for renting and selling modular buildings across a variety of industry segments. Develops new and grows existing business to increase profits for the region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

New business generation, attention to detail, building customer relationships and working collaboratively across the organization to provide accurate estimates, execute the project and insure the project is completed accurately.

Contacts potential clients via telephone, personal visits, email and meetings.

Develops strong relationships with sub-contractors for transportation, installation and other services.

Collaborates with other sales team members, operations, production, purchasing and fleet manager to provide solutions to customers.

Follows established processes in sales and coordinates the implementation of the project.

Coordinates with various departments to ensure customer requests are met and projects are delivered on time and budget.

Maintains accurate records on customer quotes, sales contracts, activities, specifications and special requests.

Develops relationships within various networking organizations or industry associations.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales related quotas and goals.

Prepares reports as required on a timely basis.

Responds to client inquiries.

Prepares leasing and sales quotes.

Organizes and manages client lists.

Follows up with prospective and current clients.

Collects payments for leasing and sales as needed.

Handles client disputes.

Some local and long distance travel required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

This job typically requires three or more years experience in construction sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in commercial modular structures industry or construction project management preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and internet applications required. Good driving record required.
