Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
We are currently looking for a professional, skilled, enthusiastic, organized individual with a positive attitude to assist several agents in a small, but busy Insurance/Investment Office in Lebanon. This position is Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-5:00PM (28 hours per week) We need a team player with outstanding customer service skills, ability to work well under pressure and stay on track, integrity and promptness.
Experience in an Insurance / Investment office will be a Preferred candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
Open and Close Office
Sort mail/Bills
Collect Rent/ Book Keeping of Renters
Answer multi-line phones
Assist clients with policy questions and appointments
Review and respond to emails throughout the day
Process applications for agents
Handle funds and account information for clients
Provide general administration support
Preferred Skills and Experience
2-3 years office experience in an Insurance office
Oregon Life Insurance License
Knowledge of Microsoft and computer skills
Proficient in emailing, scanning and faxing
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to make calls to clients
Comfortable working alone at times
Reliable, accurate, trustworthy, detail oriented and self-motivated
Hourly rate to be determined based on experience.
