Our team is seeking a full-time Front Desk & Office Manager for our office in Corvallis, OR. This role will focus on both front desk management and day-to-day office operations. The right candidate will be personable, dependable, and resourceful. Must be willing to multi-task and be willing to get things done in a timely manner. We work in social services and mental health. The ideal candidate is discreet, organized, excited to take on all types of tasks, and is willing to be hands-on to keep our office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system
Read and route incoming mail
Organize and maintain file system
Greet scheduled visitors
Corrects time cards and send information to Payroll Dept
Orders supplies and equipment maintenance
Billing
Attend monthly safety meetings
Various other duties
Requirements:
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 1-2 years' experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience
Able to quickly prioritize most critical tasks and execute efficiently
Strong Computer Skills, especially Microsoft Office
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
Comfortable with open communication and giving and receiving open, constructive feedback respectfully
Must have experience in a customer facing role - must be excited to be part of a friendly and dynamic team!
Position is located in Corvallis, OR | Hours required: 8 a-5p
