RE/MAX Integrity real estate office is seeking to hire an exuberant individual for a permanent part-time (approximately 20 hours a week) Administrative Assistant in our Corvallis branch office. This part-time position is responsible for assisting the Branch Administrator, performing general office duties including reception (answering multi-line phones and greeting clients), broker support, and transaction document management. This position is a highly interactive position with our clients, therefore a successful candidate must possess an out-going personality.
Hours are Monday-Friday 11am-3pm daily (may be slightly flexible). Qualifications include 1 year phone/receptionist experience in a professional setting, and good working knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, including Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and computer skills required.
We offer a professional experience for our clients; therefore, professional attire is required. The successful candidate will possess a friendly and outgoing personality, and have the ability to efficiently handle multiple administrative tasks.
This position will require extended periods of sitting, viewing a computer screen and occasional lifting, reaching and/or stooping. There might be occasional travel involved between our other branch offices, therefore a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and active auto insurance is required.
