Come work for a fun company who is a leader in our service industry for the last 23 years. We are a small office of 15 field employees and three office staff. You will get a chance to see what it takes to run an office from hiring to firing and from first phone call to final billing. We can teach you Quickbooks, a bit about the industry and many other office skills but we can't teach you innate organization skills, the need to do things right the first time, politeness, knowledge of the area, common sense, good penmanship, or to have a yes mindset.

Prefer some office experience, but I'll take a go-getter over a slow learner who is not a confident person and who has worked in an office for 4 years.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Comfortable working on computers and minor computer problem solving

Ability to create an organized filing system

Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner

Experience with Quickbooks or willingness to learn

Grace under pressure and doesn't get stressed easily

Knowledge of the Albany, Corvallis, Coast areas

Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic

On time and does NOT call in sick.

DUTIES INCLUDE

Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, and faxing.

Prepare safety meetings.

Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

Assisting office manager and owner with administrative tasks.

Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.

Sorting and distributing mail.

Provide excellent customer service.

Scheduling appointments for sales team and 1-2 field crews.

Greet customers 1-3x daily

Keep continuity between office management and crews

Keeps a safe and clean office/kitchen

Assist with accounts receivable calls

Track employee birthdays/gifts

Run occasional errands

HRS 10am-6:30pm

Mon-Friday
