Our managers receive free rent and utilities (including internet) for their apartment as well as compensation in the form of bonuses in exchange for resident management responsibilities that include showing, screening and leasing apartments as well as rent collection and overall property management.
There are little to no maintenance responsibilities and the majority of the work is during the summer showing and leasing apartments. We are looking for an OSU upper division or graduate student couple that is interested in real estate, management and leadership. We train and no prior experience is required but we do rely on excellent references and academic work. Familiarity with Word, Excel and Google Docs is required.
