We are looking for an individual to assist us with maintenance for our 120+ unit complex.
Job Duties will include: Repairs inside units and outside, potential light construction assembling cabinets etc, possibly some landscaping, a fair amount of painting (interior and exterior), remove rubbish from bins regularly, possible on call duties for emergencies.
Applicant Must:
1. Provide positive references with phone numbers;
2. Perform a criminal screening and drug test;
3. Be honest, responsible/reliable and have good judgment.
Compensation Includes:
Starting $14.00/hour
20-30 hours per week
