You can start a full or part time home furnishings sales career with Blackledge Furniture, the area's leading home furnishings center since 1901. Full time salary and incentive-based earnings of $2200 - $6,000+ per month, plus benefits.
Applicants should have strong interpersonal communication and sales skills, customer service experience, and good learning skills. Prior sales experience, computer experience, and an interest in residential interior design is preferred. The position involves identifying customer needs and helping them to select from a wide range of high value, brand name, home furnishings products in a comfortable, home-like, store environment. We offer complete product and sales training. Benefits for full time, 40 hours per week, sales advisers after the training period include group health insurance, life insurance, 12 to 24 days per year of paid personal leave, and an employer-matched retirement plan. Potential for additional responsibilities with additional compensation.
