Looking for a general contractor/construction company to build a house for me on bare land 7 miles east of Lebanon on a 2 acre piece of land. The home is an A-Frame steel home kit from Kodiak Steel homes . It is a "bolt together red iron framing system not a light gauge stud truss system. I have the plans purchased already from Kodiak and it will need to go on a cement slab. The septic has been approved but needs to be put in , plus a well and power. I'm working with a USDA loan (United States Dept of Agriculture). I'm trying to get proposals before July 20th . August 4th at the latest which is when my escrow time is up on the property. I also have all the property details and maps from the title company. Thank you
