Resident Motel Manager
compensation: DOE
40 unit franchise motels in Bend/Burns, Oregon looking for an energetic, organized individual with team building skills. The person would be responsible for providing leadership and setting an example of outstanding customer service.
Applicant must be able to perform all hotel functions and operations. Effectively manage time. Maintain or exceed franchise standards. Train/supervise staff in all areas. Maintain customer satisfaction at all times. Follow all safety procedures and provide support to other team members.
Duties will include checking guests in and out, taking reservations and answering phones, setting up continental breakfast in the mornings, and overlook house keeping & pool/general maintenance.
Management or front desk experience with computer skills required. No pets, and a smoke-free environment.
Salary DOE, furnished apartment w/utilities, 1 weeks paid vacation.
