West Alameda Apartments is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our experienced and committed team. The primary purpose of this role is to work closely with management and other property staff to ensure site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property.
This position is 27 hours/week, and offers competitive compensation, depending on experience.
