This is arguably the most rewarding long-term career on the planet. Excellent compensation and a great degree of freedom make this a very attractive career choice. However, this is not right fit for everyone. It requires a great deal of focus and hard work. The learning curve is steep and the first year is a grind. As independent contractors we have expenses in our business. On the upside, we are excellent instructors and extremely dedicated to helping our new people get launched. Commissions are earned while in training. Our systems work very well and we have one of the most successful divisions in our industry by any measure. Our people speak openly about how much they love their career, and of course how tough it can be getting started. High ethics and a favorable disposition is required. Sales experience is not required but is considered a plus. Management opportunities are part of our offering for those who would like to build a team. This is NOT a network marketing program.
