Office World, Inc. has an immediate need for an accounting manager / full cycle bookkeeper position within our contract furniture business unit. We're looking for a quality drug-free applicant seeking long term employment and willing to grow with the Company. Normal work schedule will be 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.

This job opening is for a full cycle/full charge bookkeeper. Responsibilities include all accounting needs (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, general ledger, financial statement preparation, etc.), including certified payroll preparation for BOLI compliance. Normal work hours for this position are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position will generally not have overtime.
Starting hourly rate is $20.50 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience & skills. Additionally, Office World, Inc. observes six major U.S. holidays (paid) as well as paid vacation & sick leave, health insurance & dental insurance (90%) with health savings account (HSA) 1.5x contribution matching incentive, 401K with 3% fixed employer contribution (no employee match requirement, fully vested after only four years). Our full benefits package is worth over $4.50 per hour effective compensation.
