Local CPA firm seeks office administration position to join our growing team. This person will manage the front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks while assuring a positive client experience. This is a full-time position with overtime hours expected based on seasonal needs (January through Tax Day each year).
Minimum Requirements
Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which includes typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, or similar programs
Excellent verbal and written/email communication skills
Demonstrated high-level attention to detail and follow-through
Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment and independently
Self-directed problem solving
Outstanding organization and analytical abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritization of multiple tasks
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
