Kevin Cohen Plumbing is looking to add a Project Manager / Estimator that enjoys working in a collaborative team environment that is fast paced and evolving every day. Our Project Managers / Estimators work closely with our Foremen, Project Coordinators and field staff every day.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:
The Project Manager / Estimator, plans, budgets, oversees, and documents all aspects of the specific projects they are working on. The Project Manager / Estimator works closely with Senior Management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and within budget. The Project manager will work as the main point of contact with clients and designers in order to define project requirements, budgets and schedules to successfully execute projects.
Duties:
Preparation of plumbing estimates
Overall budget management
Manpower management
Job Billing
Liaison for Owner, Contractor, and Architect on each project
Purchasing approval
Material Procurement
Administration and estimation of change orders
Project schedule review and approval
General Contractor job schedule management
Subcontract review and administration
RFI management
Modeling Coordination (BIM) management
Approval of all daily time on jobs
