This person would be responsible for supervising 6 to 15 staff and is paid hourly, including overtime.
Program Managers at IEI have a passion for helping people and understand what it takes to lead a team. Preferred candidates have at least 5 years experience supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, + 2 years management/supervisory experience including personnel management, scheduling, ability to write ISPs and knowledge of OARs.
