Overview:
As our company continues to grow, we are looking to add a bilingual English/Spanish Administrative Assistant position who will assist other team members in a multitude of duties. The duties include assisting in technical support (web), marketing, production and office work. In this position the successful candidate will provide telephone and email technical support for our web sites, be responsible for daily sales invoicing, fulfillment of orders, assist with various tasks in production of training videos and other duties as needed.

The diverse talents and skills required include a positive personality, high proficiency in spoken English and Spanish, good phone manners, the ability to clearly explain and write processes, and record management. The ability to problem solve and work and communicate as a team member is critical.
Although not required, a person with previous social service or teaching background would be a strength.

Main Duties & Responsibilities as a team member –
Technical Web Support
Provide timely customer support via phone or email
Prepare daily sales invoices for online training
Prepare product orders –
Track & maintain product inventory –
Maintain calendar/schedule for recurring tasks
Assist with maintenance of procedure tracking & documentation
Assist Customer support staff as needed.
Marketing
Assist in upload parent & staff to agency accounts
Assist in staff webinar schedules, training information & user manual
Generate summary & usage reports
Maintenance of website pages and data base
Assist Marketing Director as needed
Assist with social media presence
Production:
Data entry
Review of courses prior to launch
Other duties to be assigned by NWM President and NWM Business Manager
Hours of Work: This position will begin as a 40-hour per week position. Hours may be flexible but will start Monday – Friday, 8:30A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
