This is a small Independent Insurance Office. We are very busy and actively looking for someone to fill this position.
An ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service, is prompt, courteous, organized, & self-motivated. Must provide a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining and expanding the servicing of all accounts.
We are continuously growing and looking to train motivated individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking to fulfill full-time and part-time positions for Licensed Customer Service Representatives.
In this position you will make customer service your priority, our customers are #1.
Duties we preform for our customers include taking calls, making changes to policies, making payments on policies, other duties include, quoting, data entry, renewing policies, helping the agents, making phone calls, scheduling appointments, calling the companies. We are big on cross training our employees so we can help each other. You must be able to multi task and take direction. Eager, upbeat, motivated individuals please apply.
