We are looking for a Sales and Service Associate to join our team!
Rileys Real Wood Furniture is a home furnishings retail destination in Eugene Oregon. Our team is committed to quality products, exceptional design and providing superior customer service.
Sales and Service associates at Rileys are proficient in providing excellent customer service on the sales floor. Associates are versatile and active professionals who work across roles, as part of a team in the showroom and warehouse, or anywhere their efforts are needed. All of our positions are required to uphold our principles of value, quality, and service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet clients and answer phones in a prompt, professional and polite manner.
Provide excellent and friendly customer service in person and on the phone.
Process sales transactions, service orders, and refunds accurately and promptly.
Assist with showroom changes, tagging merchandise and helping to maintain displays.
Clean and organize the showroom and backroom.
Assist with load out of sold items.
Assist in daily opening or closing procedures for store consistent with policy and procedure.
Reconcile daily transactions and other daily, weekly and monthly reports
No cold calling, customers come to you.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent GED, plus related experience
18 years or older and possess/maintain a valid Drivers License in Oregon.
Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to work weekends.
Retail and/or customer service experience.
Able to read and understand work orders, inventory, shipping and receiving paperwork.
Strong computer skills
Organized and detail oriented.
Able to successfully complete our pre-employment background screening.
