Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, retail sales experience, professional appearance, ability to read and perform basic math skills, ability to at least lift 15-20 lbs at times, maintaining a positive attitude, focus on customer satisfaction, a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful. Able to stand for up to an 8 hour shift.
Job Responsibilities: Representing NextStep Recycling in a professional manner, greeting customers with a respectful up-beat attitude, responding to questions, operating a cash register, managing financial transactions correctly. You may be asked to put up "Sale" signs, stock shelves when necessary, price items, perform general cleaning throughout store as needed, answer and make phone calls, take and deliver messages, take and write down customer's information that is needed to do service work.
