Job Title: .375 Educational Assistant II (Math Tutor)
Description: The Village School seeks an EA II Math Tutor for the 2019-2020 School Year. This position is approx. 15-16 hours per week.
Duties:
⢠Tutor individual or small groups of students in math in grades 6-8 using modified curriculum. Collaborate with lead teachers.
⢠Support for OAKS testing and progress monitoring via EasyCBM
Qualifications:
⢠Associates Degree,
⢠TSPC license preferred
⢠Strong Math Skills
⢠Previous experience or training is necessary
⢠Ability to interact with children and adults in a positive manner
⢠Familiarity with Waldorf education preferred
⢠Willingness to get CPR training
⢠Fingerprinting/Background check required
Starting Salary Range: $14.78 â $16.55 per hour DOE, and our healthy lunch.
