A busy and growing Eugene area manufacturing company is seeking a temporary to full time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will welcome onsite guests, answer multi-line phones and will be responsible for order entry including new order review and order revisions, preparing customer files, data entry and will keep customers updated on order process from receipt of PO to shipping out the door. The Customer Service Representative will maintain inventory and track order details on order status spreadsheets, maintain necessary communication with customer regarding order status, etc. The successful Customer Service Representative will also compose correspondence, assist as backup for shipping and receiving as needed, assist with inventory control and will have 3+ years recent successful Customer Service in a busy office. Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

General familiarity with Numeric over 10,000 KPH

Deep understanding of ordering office supplies and equipment

Solid understanding of internet

Alphanumeric data entry experience preferred

Adeptness in shipping - bill of lading

Command of order entry

Import customer service experience highly desired

Adeptness in order entry / data entry

Background working with composing various kinds of correspondence

MS Outlook experience

Earlier work involving Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph

Deep understanding of pricing

Hands-on experience with customer service

Prior experience with sales

Practical knowledge of email

Comprehension of shipping & receiving

Experience with Numeric 8,001 - 10,000 KPH

Experience with Shipping

Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel

Foundational knowledge in records maintenance

Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience desired

Microsoft Word experience highly valued

Good understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

Expertise in report generation

Alpha over 10,000 kph experience highly preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of customer service experience

Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

-3+ years' recent experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
