Strong customer service and office administrative skills
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Proven knowledge of prooing
Deep understanding of alphanumeric data entry
Microsoft Word experience desired
Microsoft Excel experience
General familiarity with records maintenance
Good understanding of 10 Key Accounting
Foundational knowledge in Numeric over 10,000 KPH
Wide ranging experience with Numeric 8,001 - 10,000 KPH
Previous experience working with Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph
Skills in report generation
Comprehension of customer service
Earlier work involving typing over 60 words per minute
Practical knowledge of internet
Well-founded grasp of email
Quality experience with customer service experience
Experience with numeric data entry
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
